Liz has loved working with wood ever since joining an instrument building course during her studies as a professional musician. She then went on to learn furniture making at the Chippendale International Scholl of Furniture in Scotland. Here she not only studied traditional furniture making, but also special techniques such as inlay, French polishing and gilding.
In her small but well equipped workshop your furniture will be made by hand, so it is possible to focus on your personal requirements. Your item will be entirely custom made from locally sourced solid woods or plywood if desired. A speciality are handmade cases for baroque and classical transverse flutes.
